Decision R.E.S.E.T. Session – Founders and Scale-Ups
The problem this session solves
In early and scaling ventures, effort is rarely the issue. What slows progress is usually one unresolved decision buried under urgency, activity, or competing priorities.
I know this pattern because I’ve lived it. Early on, I remember being frustrated with myself, doubting whether I had anything valuable to offer, wondering if anyone would take me seriously, and making calls too quickly just to get the discomfort to stop. Not because I didn’t care, because I didn’t yet have a decision structure. The cost wasn’t failure. It was wasted motion.
This session exists to surface the decision that’s actually constraining momentum and resolve it in the right order.

Clarify what must be decided before anything else can move
-
Distinguish what to progress, pause, park, or stop
-
Leave with one clear next decision and why it comes first.
