    Ongoing Strategic Support is offered after a RESET™ Decision Diagnostic has been completed and decision clarity has been established.

    This is not default support.
    This is not continuity for its own sake.

    It exists only where continued involvement materially improves decision quality and execution.

  • The starting point

    All ongoing work begins with a completed RESET™ Decision Diagnostic. The Diagnostic establishes:

    • the decision that matters
    • the order in which decisions must be made
    • the constraints, risks, and dependencies in play

    Only once clarity exists do we assess whether ongoing strategic support is warranted.

    If it isn’t, the work stops there.

  • Why this structure exists

    Starting support before clarity wastes time, money, and attention. This structure exists to:

    • prevent premature execution
    • avoid dependency on external advice
    • ensure support is justified by consequence, not comfort

    Clarity first.
    Support only where it adds value.

  • Working approach

    I do not offer ongoing support by default. I offer clarity first and let the work decide what comes next.

    Where ongoing involvement exists, it is:

    • bounded
    • purposeful
    • tied to real decisions and consequences

    When continued involvement is no longer necessary, then the engagement ends.

  • How Access Works

    Following the RESET™ Decision Diagnostic, a clear position is taken.

    If the outcome requires continued involvement, an invitation to ongoing support is extended.

    If not, the engagement concludes.

    Simple.
    Deliberate.
    Finished when it should be.

  • What ongoing strategic support may include

    Ongoing support is a structured partnership. Depending on the situation, it may involve:

    • staying involved as key decisions are implemented
    • working through competing pressures as they arise
    • pressure-testing high-stakes decisions before commitment
    • keeping agreed decisions on track

    The shape, scope, and duration vary deliberately.
    There are no one-size-fits-all packages.

  • What this is not

    To be clear, this is not:

    • an ongoing coaching arrangement
    • open-ended or ad hoc support
    • a substitute for the Diagnostic
    • something that can be booked without completion of a RESET™ Decision Diagnostic

    If ongoing work is required, it is invited, not purchased from a menu.
