Refund Policy
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy – Advisory Services
Due to the preparation and analysis undertaken prior to each session, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% is retained to cover reserved time and preparation undertaken.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are non-refundable.
- Where significant preparation or document review has already commenced, we reserve the right to retain fees proportionate to the work completed.
- Rescheduling requests may be considered at our discretion.
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Digital Products – Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, change-of-mind refunds are not provided once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is found to have a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with applicable law.
